It seems that winter is my busy season; it’s so crappy outside so let’s just stay indoors and make records.

Worked a two week western USA Tour with Typhoon, Wild Ones, and Youth
Mixed an EP for Ben Darwish and Drew Shoal’s indie/jazz project, Duo Denim
Tracked Commotion, Nick Werth, and the Dancing Hats at The Map Room
Mixed The 1939 Ensemble debut LP
Finished tracking & mixing on Sam Cooper’s upcoming LP
In 2011 I made some solid upgrades to my home studio including an amazing drum set from Revival Drums, NI Maschine, Avantone speakers, and Beyer Dynamic Headphones.
Also I have been working more shows than ever at Mississippi Studios, including 3 sold out Typhoon concerts in early December & New Years Eve with Nurses.
I want to thank all the musicians, venues, and fellow engineers for helping make 2011 the best year of my life. Let’s do it again in 2012.
